The official program from the 1993 Elko National Basque Festival, held 1-4 July 1993. This was the 30th year of the Festival. The Festival Theme was "Perserving the Old, Cultivating the New." In addition to materials for the thirtieth anniversary, the program includes a letter of congratulations from Josu Legarreta, the Director of Cultural Promotion of the Basque Government (the letter is included in both Basque and English).
